Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet of Gelatin
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Combine 1 cup of fresh orange juice in a separate measuring cup.
  3. Slowly pour the orange juice into the dissolved gelatin and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Once set, cut into squares or serve directly from the cup with garnish if desired.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
