Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 cup canned peaches (drained and chopped) or fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and yeast. Mix well.
  2. Add warm milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Once rested for 10 minutes, roll it out into a rectangle (about ½ inch thick).
  5. Spread softened butter, followed by chopped peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon evenly over the dough.
  6. Starting on the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until puffed and cooked through.

Notes

Feel free to swap peaches with your favorite fruit! Store leftover rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
