Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 23 Fresh Peaches (or frozen, thawed)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg + 1 tbsp Milk (for Egg Wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon; let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Place the peach mixture in the center of the rolled pastry; cut fringe around the edges.
  6. Fold the pastry strips over the peaches, alternating sides.
  7. Brush with egg wash (beaten egg with milk).
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
