Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate cake mix evenly over the wet mixture in the slow cooker but do not mix.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups liberally on top of the cake mix.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 120-180 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.
  6. Scoop warm servings into bowls and top with ice cream, whipped cream, or more peanut butter cups if desired!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
