Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate drizzles or melted chocolate chips
  • 1 ยฝ cups crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until sandy. Press this mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the peanut butter layer: In a large bowl, mix together creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Combine and layer: Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Layer it up: Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the crust, then layer with melted chocolate, followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture and topped with chocolate.
  6. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve: Slice into squares and enjoy!
