Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until slightly melted.
  5. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly mixed.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
