Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well and set aside.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate into triangles.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the pecan mixture onto the wider end of each triangle and roll from the wide end to the pointy end.
  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
