Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Open the crescent dough and unroll it on a clean surface.
  5. Take a small spoonful of the pecan mixture and place it at the wide end of the crescent triangle, then roll it towards the point.
  6. Arrange the filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
