Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted for added flavor)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or cool whip)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional for a warm touch)

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, whipped topping, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the chopped pecans, reserving a handful for topping later.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crockpot and cover. Cook on low for about 120 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once warmed and delightful, garnish with the remaining pecans and serve with your favorite dippers.
