  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and salt, and cook until it bubbles and turns a light caramel color, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Lay the club crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the toffee mixture over the crackers, ensuring each one is generously covered.
  5. While warm, sprinkle pecans on top, pressing them down slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool for 5-10 minutes, break apart, and enjoy!
