Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning until well combined. Add the diced bell pepper if using.
  4. In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the pasta mixture, then sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese on top. Add the remaining pasta mixture and finish with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
