Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup gelatin
  • 1 cup 100% pure fruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or stevia (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon citric acid (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: gelatin, fruit juice, and optional sweetener and citric acid.
  2. Bloom the gelatin: In a bowl, combine gelatin with ½ cup cold fruit juice and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix and heat: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the bloomed gelatin with the remaining fruit juice and sweetener. Stir until dissolved (3-5 minutes).
  4. Add citric acid (if using): Stir and let it simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Pour into molds: Carefully pour mixture into silicone molds.
  6. Chill: Place molds in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Unmold and enjoy: Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

These gummies can be stored in the fridge for up to one week. It’s best to consume them as a snack between meals.
