Ingredients

  • 1012 frozen potstickers
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cups mixed veggies (carrots, bok choy, snap peas)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, pour in the broth and heat on medium until simmering.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in mixed veggies and let cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add frozen potstickers (can roast first if desired) and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir, and let simmer.
  6. Before serving, stir in chopped green onions and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

You can use fresh potstickers but reduce cooking time, and store leftovers in airtight containers.
