Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of your slow cooker to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the nuts, sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the nut mixture into the greased slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
  4. Set the slow cooker on low for about 2 to 3 hours, stirring gently every 30 minutes.
  5. Once the nuts are golden brown and caramelized, pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, break the Praline Crunch into pieces and store in an airtight container.
  7. Enjoy on its own or as a topping for desserts!

Notes

Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Great for gifting!
