Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to smooth any creases.
  3. Trim the puff pastry sheets to fit your baking sheet.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle about 1 cup of cheese over the sauce.

  7. Sprinkle selected herbs and seasonings over everything.
