Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Toss the dough quarters in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
  4. Place half of the coated biscuit pieces into the slow cooker, add half of the chopped pecans, and repeat with the remaining dough and pecans.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the layered dough in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.
  7. Let it cool slightly, then dig in and enjoy pulling apart those delicious bites!

Notes

Try different nuts or spices for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
