Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups pasta (like rotini or penne), cooked

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, and frozen vegetables. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Add the drained pasta into the bowl and mix until well coated.
  5. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Top with a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese and bake for about 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy.
