Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually combine with the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in caramel bits and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
