Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pretzels: Crush pretzels in a food processor or zip bag until finely ground.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Form the Balls: Scoop tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls to make about 20-24 balls.
  4. Coat with Pretzels: Roll each ball in crushed pretzels until well-coated.
  5. Chill and Drizzle: Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
