Ingredients

  • 1 pound haddock fillets
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the haddock, scallops, and shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, mixing gently.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and half of the Swiss cheese.
  4. Gently fold the seafood mixture into the creamy sauce until well-coated.
  5. Pour the seafood mixture into a greased casserole dish and smooth it out.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Serve with a light salad or warm bread to soak up the creamy sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
