  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Thinly slice your flank steak and vegetables.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Combine flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat the Pan: In a wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the hot pan in a single layer for 2-3 minutes without stirring. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until just cooked through. Remove the beef and set aside.
