Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and additional salt and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the ribs evenly.
  4. Place the seasoned ribs in the slow cooker, layering them if necessary.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  6. 30 minutes before serving, pour barbecue sauce over the ribs.
  7. Once cooked, carefully remove ribs from the slow cooker and serve, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or cornbread for a complete meal.
