Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 cups of cookie dough
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 14 cookies)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into an 8×8 baking pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Place the Oreos in a single layer on top of the brownie batter.
  5. Spoon the cookie dough over the Oreos, spreading it out gently.
  6. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top, covering the cookie dough layer.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  8. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
