Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, bell pepper, onion, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the cooked spaghetti ensuring it’s evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden brown.
