Instructions

  1. Trim and pat dry the chicken thighs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the honey-soy mixture over the chicken and simmer for about 10 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken.
