  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
  • Optional: chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Take each taco shell and add a generous layer of the cheesecake mixture, smoothing it down with a spoon.
  4. Top the cheesecake mixture in each taco shell with the chopped strawberries, distributing evenly.
  5. Sprinkle crushed cookies or graham crackers over the strawberries for added crunch.
  6. If desired, drizzle chocolate sauce over each taco before serving.

Notes
