Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey for a lighter option)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cans (7.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup salsa (mild or spicy, depending on preference)
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and about ½ cup of the salsa. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, the taco meat mixture, and shredded cheese. Toss until well coated.
  5. If using a bundt pan, grease it well. If using a crockpot or air fryer, follow specific instructions for those appliances.
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased bundt pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, or cook in a crockpot on low for about 2-3 hours, or in an air fryer at 330°F for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let it cool slightly before inverting onto a plate. Serve with remaining salsa and optional toppings!

Notes

Customize with different meats or toppings as desired. Perfect for gatherings and family game nights.
