1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel bits
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Prepare Your Cooker: Spray your crockpot or air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and stir in the vanilla.
Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, chocolate pudding mix, and baking soda.
Mix It All Together: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, caramel bits, and pecans.
Cook: Pour batter into the prepared slow cooker or air fryer. For the crockpot, cover with a clean kitchen towel and place the lid on. Cook on low for 120 minutes or in the air fryer at 320°F for 10-12 minutes.
