Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Cooker: Spray your crockpot or air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and stir in the vanilla.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, chocolate pudding mix, and baking soda.
  4. Mix It All Together: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, caramel bits, and pecans.
  5. Cook: Pour batter into the prepared slow cooker or air fryer. For the crockpot, cover with a clean kitchen towel and place the lid on. Cook on low for 120 minutes or in the air fryer at 320°F for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow cookies to cool slightly before cutting or scooping out. Enjoy warm!
