Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Lemon
  • 1 inch Ginger Root
  • 12 tablespoons Manuka Honey
  • 2 cups Water or Herbal Tea Base

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Collect fresh lemons, ginger root, Manuka honey, and water.
  2. Prepare the Ginger: Peel and slice the fresh ginger thinly.
  3. Boil the Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  4. Add Ginger: Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and stir. Optionally, add lemon slices.
  6. Add Manuka Honey: Remove from heat and stir in 1-2 tablespoons of Manuka honey.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Pour into a cup, either hot or warm, and enjoy the flavors.

Notes
