Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped pecans to the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
