Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup chopped pecans (or your favorite nuts)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. In the slow cooker, add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Set your slow cooker to low and cover. Cook for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into a lined 9×9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Let the fudge cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover fudge in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months. For clean edges when cutting, use a sharp knife.
