  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are just set.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
