Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add vanilla and salt: Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Prepare the raspberries: In a small bowl, gently mash the raspberries with a fork to create a chunky puree.
  4. Combine: Fold the raspberry puree into the chocolate mixture, aiming for swirls of raspberry.
  5. Pour into the pan: Transfer the fudge mixture to a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Chill: Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set and firm to the touch.
  7. Cut and serve: Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
