Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow or spice cake mix
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a slow cooker or air fryer, set to the appropriate setting as indicated in your appliance manual.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, cake mix, and eggs. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. If using a slow cooker, lightly grease the interior.
  4. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan or slow cooker.
  5. Oven: Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Slow Cooker: Cook on high for 2-3 hours until set and cooked through. Air Fryer: Cook at 320°F (160°C) for about 30 minutes, depending on the model.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Once cool, slice and serve!
