Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ cups diced apples
  • Vegetable oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and egg until frothy.
  3. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the basket.
  6. Scoop out the batter and shape it into small balls, placing them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Drizzle with a glaze or enjoy plain. Let cool slightly before serving.
