Ingredients

  • 500 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish without overlapping.
  3. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp to coat them well.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. You can freeze shrimp for up to 3 months.
