Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the Crockpot: Grease the inside of your crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In the crockpot, mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for about 120 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth.
  4. Add Pecans and Vanilla: Stir in the chopped pecans and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Pour into Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Cool: Allow to cool at room temperature for about 120-180 minutes until set.
  7. Cut and Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!
