  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any caramelized bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s submerged in the liquid, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from skillet and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
  7. Slice the chicken, drizzle with broth, and garnish with parsley. Serve with your favorite sides!
