Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (plus icing)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup, or fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces, gently pressing them down to soak.
  5. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the casserole from the oven and top it with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls, drizzling it generously.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before serving warm!

Notes

For added flavor, consider using brioche or challah bread instead of cinnamon rolls. Perfect for preparing ahead of time.
