Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, milk, half of the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles until well-coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs over for added crunch.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and golden on top.
