Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker or Air Fryer: Grease the bottom and sides of the slow cooker insert or air fryer pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Make the Brownie Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Gradually stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until fully combined.
  3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  4. Layer the Mixture: Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared slow cooker or air fryer. Spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer, and then top with the remaining brownie batter. Use a knife to gently swirl the cheesecake into the brownie batter.
  5. Cook: For the slow cooker, cover and cook on high for about 120 minutes or until set. For the air fryer, cook at 320°F (160°C) for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Cool and Cut: Once cooked, let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes
