Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pretzel twists
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan. Stir frequently until melted and bubbling.
  3. Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract to the melted butter; stir continuously until combined and gently boiling for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the sea salt.
  5. Pour the toffee mixture over the pretzels on the baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Allow to cool completely, then break into clusters and enjoy!
