Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Eggs
  • 1 lb Sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Optional: Onions, bell peppers, or spinach
  • Seasoning: Salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until about a quarter-inch thick. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled sausage until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl with salt and pepper until fluffy.
  5. Spread cooked sausage over the crust, pour beaten eggs on top, and sprinkle shredded cheese and vegetables if desired.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
