Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed (about 5 fun-size bars)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional for melting and coating)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and crush the Butterfinger bars in a sealed bag.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Roll small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon) into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. If desired, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and coat each ball, then set back on the parchment paper.
  6. Let the coated balls cool in the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
