  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of crushed Fruity Pebbles with 5 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat 16 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a handful of Fruity Pebbles to the cream cheese mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight until set.
