  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth (low-sodium recommended)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Place the chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Rice Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine rice, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth. Stir until well mixed, then pour over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Optional Vegetables: If using veggies, sprinkle them on top without stirring.
