Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 Eggs (or flax eggs for vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 medium-sized Chopped Apples
  • Nuts or Dried Fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in milk and honey or maple syrup.
  5. Combine both mixtures and gently fold in chopped apples and nuts or dried fruits.
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
