Ingredients

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 4 milk chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 11 x 7 inch baking pan.
  2. Beat together the creamy peanut butter, eggs, and granulated sugar until well combined and smooth.
  3. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Layer the marshmallow creme over the first layer of dough, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place the chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow layer.
  6. Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture, spreading it gently.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 22-24 minutes or until set in the middle.
  8. Allow to cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled. Cut into squares to serve.

Notes

To enhance the peanut butter flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days.
