  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs at the bottom of the slow cooker, spaced evenly.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix with the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth; stir until well-blended.
  3. Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and allow it to melt.
  6. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir it into the sauce before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.
