Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Gather your materials: purified water, salt, and a clean glass or jug.
  2. Measure the salt: Use 1/4 teaspoon of salt for every 8 ounces of water.
  3. Warm the water (optional): Heat slightly without boiling.
  4. Mix: Add salt into the water and stir until dissolved.
